Rosendin is seeking a Production Manager II to provide manufacturing oversight for enterprise level programs. You will drive production planning, coordinate with site teams and management, and mentor junior leaders to ensure high-quality execution on schedule.

You will lead programs with intermediate complexity, manage BOMs, and enforce QA/QC standards while promoting a culture of safety. A strong background in electrical construction and multi-project leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Associates and/or Bachelors Degree in technical field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years field electrical experience as a licensed electrician required.
• Minimum 12 years field / industrialized construction and/or manufacturing industry experience required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production programs that are intermediate in scope and technical complexity.
• Lead initiatives to improve production processes and efficiency.
• Ensure BOMs are prepared for each production program.
• Ensure product design is followed on the manufacturing floor.
• Coordinate manpower with the BVA lead to meet production demand.
• Adhere to QA/QC processes.
• Collaborate with program GF to create and maintain schedules.
• Coordinate with program management on customer needs and timelines.
• Collaborate with Safety Team on safe manufacturing practices.
• Mentor Production Manager I on technical knowledge and transparent communication.
