Job summary

Rosendin is hiring a Production Manager I for its Modular Power Solutions division in Texas. The role provides manufacturing oversight for assigned programs, driving process improvements and ensuring QA/QC adherence.

You will work with site personnel, program teams, and safety staff to maintain schedules and safe operations. Ideal candidates have related technical degrees and 5+ years of field electrical construction or manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction and electrical industry preferred.
• Ability to run basic programs, coordinate with site staff and grow into SME for the production program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Oracle experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall manufacturing support and oversight for assigned program.
• Ensure production programs are overseen consistently on simple in-scope programs.
• Identify process improvements and think big to optimize production.
• Prepare and maintain bill of materials for the program.
• Adhere to product design on the manufacturing floor.
• Coordinate with BVA lead for manpower to match scheduling demand.
• Assist in ensuring QA/QC processes are followed.
• Collaborate on production schedules with program GF and management teams.
• Coordinate with safety team to ensure safe manufacturing practices.
