Job summary

BioFire Diagnostics seeks a Production Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team in our manufacturing facility. You will organize maintenance activities, manage preventive and corrective work, and oversee project tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves 70% hands-on maintenance in production and 30% administrative duties in the office. You will drive safety and quality adherence, optimize maintenance processes, and coordinate with outside contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechatronics or related field and 4+ years of experience leading others.
• Or in lieu of degree, 8+ years of experience with highly automated systems and leadership.
• Preferred 8 years of experience with CMMS and production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians and oversee daily operations.
• Perform advanced maintenance and troubleshooting on complex systems.
• Implement maintenance plans and ensure strategy execution.
• Ensure safety and quality standards across activities.
• Contribute to budget forecast and analysis for maintenance.
• Coordinate maintenance projects and outside contractors.
• Plan, initiate and track work using CMMS to meet schedules.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
