Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an Internal Technical Master at the line level to ensure the team performs at a level that sustains and improves business results. You will model priority setting, manage plan-do-check-adjust cycles, and provide coaching for your team.

You will operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, while leading root-cause analysis and stopping losses. Strong TPM/AM/PM experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in autonomous maintenance and PM systems.
• Ability to maintain equipment and execute AM/PM standards.
• Knowledge of TPM and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience leading line teams.
• Ability to handle challenging interpersonal situations tactfully.
• Ability to influence in a union environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
• Lead shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions, loss analysis and breakdown elimination.
• Provide coaching and training for team members and manage plan-do-check-adjust cycles.
