Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a manufacturing leader in Richmond, VA. You will oversee line performance, coach teams to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale targets, and drive continuous improvement through AM/PM practices and lean six sigma principles.

You will coordinate maintenance, safety, and quality activities, ensure proper resource allocation, and lead root-cause analyses to eliminate losses across shifts while maintaining strong communication with the line team and

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of demonstrated experience as a supervisor in a high- performance manufacturing, warehousing, and/or distribution work environment.
• Proven problem solving, communications and coaching skills with strong attention to detail.
• LEAN Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to deliver safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
• Lead shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.
• Coach and train line teams and manage plan-do-check-adjust cycle.
