Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a manufacturing leader to run production operations at a U.S. plant, delivering safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals. You will drive Lean Six Sigma adoption, coach line leaders, and build a high-performing team to sustain world-class operations.

The role requires onsite leadership with strong collaboration across functions, focus on governance, and talent development to ensure long-term success and responsible manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing ops in CPG with TPM, 5S, LEAN, and Six Sigma.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with analytics and problem solving.
• Engineers with strong financial and project management acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage transformation among Operating teams implementing Lean Six Sigma and autonomous maintenance models.
• Support annual operations plans to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and KPI targets.
• Establish governance to review and improve operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environment and corporate standards.
• Lead talent, capability and engagement efforts to build a sustainable workforce.
