Job summary

Mondelez International seeks an experienced operations excellence leader to drive the IL6S program across our supply chain. You will partner with senior leadership to execute roadmaps, lead loss analyses, and mentor regional teams to improve revenue, margins and cash flow.

The role requires deep TPM expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders while operating in a fast‑growing environment. Travel is substantial and a primary site is the U.S. facility network.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in production environment leading teams.
• Strong TPM experience and knowledge of industrial management systems.
• Experience developing and implementing OPEX programs with TPM methodologies.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support IL6S program development and implementation at Mondelez MSC.
• Execute IL6S OE Roadmap in partnership with senior leadership.
• Lead manufacturing loss analyses and train/mentor regional resources.
• Build capability through training, coaching, and talent development.
• Drive asset reliability improvements to boost performance, utilization and cash flow.
