Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; MBA or Master's is a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years leadership role experience in food/pharma, managerial experience a plus.
• Minimum 3+ years project management experience.
• Strong initiative and drive for continuous improvement with coaching style.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (GSTD, DMAIC, PDCA).
• Experience with TPM implementation and standard adoption.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the team to provide skills and flexibility to meet goals.
• Coach, train and assess team competence and capability.
• Ensure rigorous application of standards and methodologies for autonomy and accountability.
• Ensure data quality in systems (consumptions, Nominal Speed, Stoppages).
• Analyze safety, quality, stoppages and losses; define improvement plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate resource with Line Performance Management and Engineering to meet plans.
• Lead and coach operational reviews to embed a continuous improvement mindset.
• Create strategies for lines to deliver on Operational Master Plan (OMP).
• Support Production Supervisor on capabilities and succession planning.
• Lead improvement projects (OSL) for capital investments.
• Back-up of Production Manager.
