Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Maintenance Leader for our U.S. manufacturing network. The role focuses on planning, process development and implementing advanced maintenance strategies to keep lines running smoothly.

You will manage PM programs, mentor technicians, and drive improvements in reliability and cost efficiency. Strong leadership and knowledge of TPM practices are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance management in manufacturing (food industry preferred).
• Preventive maintenance knowledge is required.
• Experience with TPM and lean techniques is highly preferred.
• Proven leadership and ability to coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead line maintenance and reliability initiatives to meet SQCDSM targets.
• Own PM and maintenance budgets and centerline settings for equipment.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans; build technician capabilities.
• Collaborate with Asset & Reliability teams on system improvements.
