Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (USA) Inc. is seeking a Line Lead to manage an entire production line, ensuring productivity and quality meet standards. You will oversee daily tasks, staff assignments, and changeovers to keep output on plan.

Responsibilities include supervising line personnel, training, safety compliance, 5S, TPM participation, and accurate record keeping. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced food production environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food industry.
• At least 2 years supervisory/lead experience; TPM/maintenance familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate line productivity and ensure line staff are utilized, including setup and changeovers.
• Lead line staff and provide training to ensure task completion and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain safety and quality; follow 5S and TPM practices and perform root cause analysis for line issues.
• Record keeping and reporting using Integrated Control System and ADP; monitor attendance and downtime.
