Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise all operational activities on a designated shift, ensuring production lines meet SQDCM targets. You will coordinate across production, maintenance, and quality teams, ensuring plans are followed and transitions between shifts are smooth.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to guide line teams and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or technical qualification required.
• 2-3 years in current role + ready to promote + proven people leadership skills & capability.
• 3+ years of production experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of production line operations, quality checks, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prevent incidents by ensuring a 'zero safety incidents' mentality and culture in the line/area.
• Enforce safety rules and maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free work environment.
• Promote 5S practices and standard visual management on the line.
• Monitor quality adherence and take action on non-conformances.
• Input and validate shift performance data in ERP, MES, or production dashboards.
• React promptly to line stoppages, quality issues, and equipment malfunctions.
