Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a leadership-level Maintenance/Line Leader to ensure machin-ery on the line operates safely and efficiently. You will guide autonomous and progressive maintenance activities, drive root-cause analyses and coaching for teams, and work to eliminate losses while sustaining quality and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Autonomous maintenance (AM) and progressive maintenance (PM) knowledge.
• Experience maintaining equipment to AM/PM standards.
• Six Sigma knowledge and AM steps.
• Leading line teams.
• Ability to handle challenging interpersonal situations tactfully.
• Ability to influence people in a union environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
• Lead shutdown maintenance, root-cause analyses, stops reductions and loss elimination.
• Manage plan–do–check–adjust cycles and provide coaching and training for the team.
• Ensure safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed.
• Allocate and manage resources during shifts to optimize performance.
