• Product Quality and Training: Enforce Food Safety and Food Quality plans; train employees on safe operating procedures.
• Operational Efficiency: Track yields, efficiencies, and variances; partner with ops to improve workflows and reduce downtime.
• Team Leadership and Communication: Guide hourly employees; lead monthly line meetings and daily floor walkthroughs.
