Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safety and regulatory compliance on the production floor, HACCP/USDA awareness.
• Lead hourly staff, coach, and manage daily targets and quality.
• Monitor yields, efficiency, and costs to optimize workflows.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers to improve processes and reduce downtime.
• Lead monthly line meetings and maintain clear safety and production communications.
