Responsibilities

• Safety and compliance: perform daily inspections and corrective actions; lead safety audits and HACCP/USDA adherence.
• Product quality and training: enforce safety/quality plans; train staff on SOPs including LOTO.
• Operational efficiency: track yields and variances; improve workflows with leadership to reduce downtime.
• Team leadership and communication: guide hourly employees; run monthly line meetings and daily floor walks.
• Continuous improvement: analyze metrics and propose changes to boost efficiency and quality.
