Job summary

CTDI is hiring a Production Supervisor to coordinate and supervise production workers, ensure targets, and maintain quality across shifts. The role requires overseeing operations within assigned areas, with a mid-shift from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM and possible 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM as needed.

Starting pay is $21.44/hour plus a 20% supervisor premium and shift differential, bringing total to $25.73/hour, with a potential monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in materials/distribution preferred.
• Capable problem-solving and decision-making with continuous improvement focus.
• Detail-oriented and organized with task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers operating production machinery and packaging goods.
• Schedules tasks, troubleshoots issues, and improves efficiency.
• Meets daily KPIs and reports performance to exceed customer expectations.
• Acts as shift leader during transitions and provides first-level issue support.
• Maintains production quality by monitoring metrics and safety.
