Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC seeks a Production Manager to lead the daily operations of the Production Department, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met in compliance with all applicable laws and food safety requirements.

The role collaborates with planning and maintenance, directs supervisors, and drives improvements in methods, equipment performance, and cost efficiency to meet customer deadlines and production forecasts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years experience managing people/projects.
• Understanding of production processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs activities of the production department to ensure safety, quality, and throughput.
• Collaborates with planning to create production schedules meeting internal and external needs.
• Hires, trains, coaches and reviews performance of team members; partnerships with HR for recruitment and actions.
• Collaborates with Maintenance to plan preventive maintenance on production lines.
• Develops and submits reports for production numbers, downtime, attendance, overtime and quality checks.
