Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput in a Baytown facility. The role involves leading shift activities, maintaining strong team relations, and aligning with production targets while complying with GMP and food safety standards.

The position requires hands-on coaching, scheduling, and collaboration with maintenance, quality, and HR.

Qualifications

• 4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 4 Years – Experience in Position
• 4 Years – Experience managing people/projects
• Understanding of production processes and controls
• 6 Years– Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 6 Years – Experience working in Position

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs activities of assigned shift, ensuring product safety, quality, and throughput.
• Maintains effective working relationships with team members to promote safety and productivity.
• Analyzes production schedule and adjusts team assignments to meet targets.
• Coaches and develops team members; participates in recruitment and performance reviews.
• Inspects materials and performs quality checks to prevent non-conforming product.
• Interfaces with multiple departments to meet customer deadlines.
