Job summary

Niagara Bottling is hiring a Production Operator Lead to partner with the Production Supervisor in daily floor operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production. You will handle line readiness, material inspection, and collaborative problem solving in a fast-paced bottled water facility.

The role requires adapting to a 12-hour rotating schedule, with emphasis on adherence to GMP and food safety standards, teamwork, and accurate reporting of production metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in manufacturing or field settings.
• 4 years in current or similar role, with people/projects management.
• 6 years preferred for field/position experience and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Supervisor to meet safety, quality and throughput goals.
• Coordinate with previous shift to prep lines for the next shift.
• Perform safety, housekeeping and quality checks throughout the shift.
• Support line changeovers with materials and inventory checks.
• Verify BOM, quality data and ERP entries for jobs.
• Support hourly and end-of-shift production reporting.
