Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator Lead to support the Production Supervisor in daily floor operations. This role ensures safety, quality, and throughput on the shift, coordinating with prior and subsequent shifts to maintain continuous production.

Responsibilities include leading line changeovers, material inspections, and quality checks, while documenting production reports and adhering to GMP and food safety standards.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree preferred.
• 4 years of experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience managing people/projects is required or can be combined with education.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Production Supervisor with daily shift activities to ensure safety, quality, and throughput.
• Communicate with prior shift about challenges and opportunities to prepare for the next shift.
• Conduct shift walkthroughs for safety, housekeeping, and quality compliance.
• Assist with batching minerals and preparing lines for changeovers.
• Inspect raw materials before changeovers to ensure correct inventory.
• Perform first pass quality checks after changeovers.
• Verify jobs in Oracle, WMS, and Line Management System.
• Support hourly and end-of-shift production reporting.
• Use Efficiency Improvement Tools to analyze downtime and escalate as needed.
• Adhere to GMP and Food Safety standards and company safety programs.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance and work 12-hour rotating shifts as needed.
