Job summary

Niagara Bottling seeks a Production Manager to oversee daily operations of the Production Department, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput in compliance with all food-safety requirements.

The role directs supervisors, plans production schedules, manages budgets and forecasts, and partners with HR and Maintenance to drive continuous improvement and world-class manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 6 years – Experience in Position.
• Minimum 4 years – Experience managing people/projects.
• Understanding of production processes and controls (experience may include a combination of work experience and education).
• Preferred: 10+ years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: 10+ years – Experience working in Position.
• Preferred: 6 years – Experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs activities of the production department, ensuring product adheres to Niagara’s safety, quality, and throughput.
• Collaborates with planning to create production schedules meeting internal and external needs.
• Establishes and adjusts work procedures to meet production plan.
• Coaches and develops team members; HR recruitment and actions.
• Collaborates with Maintenance for preventative maintenance planning.
• Analyzes production numbers, downtime, attendance, overtime and quality checks.
