Responsibilities

• Directs daily production department activities to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Plans production schedules with planning to satisfy internal and external needs.
• Maintains safe, engaging work environment and promotes employee development.
• Hires, trains, coaches, and reviews team performance.
• Partners with HR on recruitment and actions as needed.
• Collaborates with maintenance for preventive maintenance planning.
