Job summary

Rich’s Production Group Leader in Brunswick, GA leads the operations team on lines 1-3, driving safety, quality, and efficiency. You guide technicians, ensure on-time production, and respond to line changes with proactive coverage.

This role requires hands-on supervision, cGMP/SOP adherence, and collaboration with QA, maintenance, sanitation, and shipping. Strong leadership and forklift certification are valued to maintain smooth, compliant manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 3–5 years related experience.
• Proficient in reading/writing English.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime when required.
• Certified to operate motorized pallet jack or forklift.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line of support for minor to medium machine repairs.
• Monitor machine OEE and scrap to ensure high utilization.
• Apply cGMPs and SOPs to manufacturing processes.
• Ensure buddy checks at shift start and during changeovers; communicate changes promptly.
• Ensure daily production shift reports are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Sanitation, Shipping & Receiving; ensure safe operations.
