Job summary

Rich Products Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Group Leader for the Brunswick, GA area. This role leads maintenance staff, ensures safe, reliable operations and coordinates with production to maximize uptime and quality.

The position emphasizes safety, adherence to GMPs and continuous improvement in a high‑speed food manufacturing environment. Strong comms and problem‑solving are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of qualifications in food manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP and pest control.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assigns daily maintenance activities to shift mechanics and reprioritizes as needed.
• Monitors spare parts inventory and ensures proper stock levels.
• Supervises maintenance activities to meet production needs and ensures safety compliance.
• Maintains PM schedules and CMMS data accuracy for reporting and audits.
• Coordinates with production, QA, sanitation and other departments to minimize downtime.
