Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3–5 years related experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard database apps; SAP and QDMS experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and LOTO certification across machines in the department.
• Able to read English and work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for minor to medium machine repairs.
• Maximize machine utilization by monitoring OEE and scrap.
• Apply GMPs and SOPs to all manufacturing processes.
• Ensure buddy checks at shift start and during changeovers.
