Job summary

Rich Products Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Group Leader for Shift 3 in Brunswick, GA. The role oversees safe maintenance, repair, and efficiency of all equipment during the shift, supervising maintenance personnel and aligning with production goals.

The position emphasizes adherence to safety, GMPs, HACCP, and OSHA standards, with responsibility for parts inventory, PM tracking, and coordination with QA and Sanitation. Flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• HS degree or GED.
• 3 years of experience in a food-processing, pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing organization.
• 5 years industrial mechanic experience; lift equipment experience.

Responsibilities

• Assigns daily maintenance activities to shift mechanics and prioritizes tasks as needed.
• Supervises maintenance mechanics to meet production needs and safety standards.
• Controls spare parts inventories and approves purchases up to $750 as needed.
• Maintains and updates PM schedules and CAMS records for equipment.
• Ensures adherence to food safety, safety, and operating procedures.
