Job summary

Rich Products Corporation is seeking a Production Group Leader in Brunswick, GA. You will lead a production team, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement across lines 1–3. This role requires hands-on supervision, shift coordination, and collaboration with QC, Maintenance, and Safety.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, LOTO certification, forklift certification, and strong knowledge of GMP practices. Weekend/overtime work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 3–5 years of related experience acceptable.
• Proficient in English; ability to read and understand English.
• Must be certified to use the motorized Pallet Jack or Forklift.
• Ability to work weekends and overtime when required.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office, Email, and simple database applications (e.g. SAP and QDMS).
• Knowledge of GMP and safety procedures and their practical application.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for minor to medium level repairs to machines.
• Monitor machine OEE and scrap to maximize equipment utilization.
• Apply cGMPs and SOPs to all manufacturing processes.
• Schedule and relieve Production Associates; manage line changes and priorities.
• Set up and prepare lines for production; train Production Associates for assignments.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Sanitation, Shipping & Receiving, Safety.
• Prepare production records and daily shift reports; ensure accurate documentation.
