Job summary

Rich Products Corporation in Brunswick, GA, is seeking a Production Group Leader to drive safe, efficient production across lines 1–3. You will lead a team, ensure TPM practices, and manage schedule adherence while coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, and Sanitation.

You will apply GMPs, supervise shift coverage, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor, ensuring line readiness and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with SAP and QDMS systems.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line of support for minor to medium machine repairs.
• Monitor machine OEE and scrap to maximize utilization.
• Apply cGMPs and SOPs across production processes.
• Prepare and review daily production shift reports.
• Set up lines and coordinate changes to meet schedules.
• Communicate changes to relevant departments.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures.
