Job summary

PIM Brands LLC in Somerset, NJ is seeking a Manufacturing Mogul Lead for the 2nd shift (Fri-Tues). You will oversee processing, mogul operations, and related packaging activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time production in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of high-volume manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach on the manufacturing floor with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing, food production, or related production experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating high-volume production operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety practices, quality standards, and process controls.
• Proven ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and production standards.
• Maintain process discipline and consistency across all processing operations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and equipment reliability.
• Support root cause analysis and the execution of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Participate in and promote Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Sustain process improvements through coaching, accountability, and adherence to revised standards.
