Job summary

PIM Brands LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Mogul Lead for the 1st shift (Wed-Sun) at our Somerset, New Jersey site. The role leads the Processing and Mogul manufacturing area, overseeing daily production from Kitchen through Shakeout and coordinating across functions to achieve safety, quality and productivity goals.

You will establish daily expectations, coach staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure effective resource use while maintaining strong on-floor leadership and prompt escalation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, food production, or related production environment.
• Experience leading or coordinating high-volume production operations.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety practices, quality standards, and process controls.
• Proven ability to make effective decisions in fast-paced operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities across processing and mogul operations and related support activities.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of production plans with high standards for safety, quality, productivity and discipline.
• Set daily performance expectations, coach and develop team members, and maintain floor presence.
• Coordinate with Operations Leadership, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Sanitation, Warehouse, Planning and Continuous Improvement teams.
