Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Ensure safety meetings are held monthly and address safety concerns.
• Manage scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and controlled labor costs.
• Generate and communicate production reports and targets to the team.
• Handle administrative duties such as new hire paperwork and reporting as needed.
