Qualifications

• 3+ years in production, ideally in lead roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet production goals.
• Schedule staffing and manage labor costs.
• Ensure employees are trained and follow quality standards.
• Oversee ironing and tumble fold areas to meet targets.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Maintain safety by conducting monthly safety meetings.
• Report production progress and outcomes to management.
• Fill in for other positions to meet production needs.
• Ensure formulas and processes are documented.
• Handle administrative tasks and reporting.
