Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals.
• Schedule staffing efficiently and manage labor costs.
• Ensure staff training and quality standards are met.
• Maintain safety with monthly safety meetings and address violations.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment running.
• Prepare and share production reports daily.
• Move employees between stations to meet production needs.
• Handle administrative tasks and paperwork for hires.
