Job summary

Dynamic Roofing and Construction seeks a Production Coordinator to provide administrative and customer service support across sales, production, accounting and administration. The role engages with customers in person and on the phone to keep projects moving and teams informed.

The position is full-time in-office in The Colony, TX, with responsibilities including permit coordination, document management, scheduling inspections, CRM data entry, and preparation of daily production reports for

• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permits for projects and ensure placement on site.
• Compile and centralize production documents (subcontractor contracts, photos).
• Schedule inspections and monitor approvals after project completion.
• Notify Insurance, Accounting and Billing when jobs complete.
• Manage equipment ordering and field pickup; report usage.
• Conduct pre-build calls to customers to gather project info.
• Prepare daily production reports and update clients.
• Assemble close-out packets.
• Ensure all documents are loaded into CRM.
• Capture meeting minutes and action items.
