Medium is seeking a Production Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of roofing projects. You will coordinate materials, timelines, and communications, working closely with vendors, sales, project managers, and subcontractors to prevent any gaps in the process.

• Experience with Service Titan or similar project management tools.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials procurement and timelines for roofing projects.
• Build and manage project schedules in Service Titan.
• Serve as main point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Support project managers in problem-solving and keeping work on track.
• Assist sales with post-sale follow-up and coordination.
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date project records and documentation.
• Monitor progress, resolve discrepancies, and uphold quality standards.
• Generate reports and share updates with leadership.
