Job summary

ContractingPRO is a Cordova, TN-based roofing and siding company seeking a Production Coordinator to manage daily operations in-office. The role emphasizes precise communication, strict adherence to scheduling, and thorough documentation, with a focus on keeping jobs moving and informed from start to finish.

You will report to the Production Manager and collaborate with crews to ensure ready-to-work conditions, accurate files, and timely updates for homeowners.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or an operations or construction office.
• Genuinely organized and detail oriented.
• Warm and confident on the phone with homeowners.
• Able to prioritize and speak up when things are off track.
• Accurate; understands how small errors impact costs.
• Proficient with CRM, email, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Same-day customer communication; provide real, consistent answers.
• Track material and special orders; verify against files.
• Manage the Ready gate; ensure scope, materials, permits, and crew lined up.
• Schedule and confirm date changes directly with homeowners.
• Release jobs to crews with complete work orders and staged materials.
• Daily job watch; support Field Managers as needed.
• Handle change orders with written approvals before work.
• Complete post-install satisfaction calls and close files.
• Coordinate permits and inspections behind the scenes.
• Maintain an accurate CRM and real-time job files.
