Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Production Associate 2 for its Aperture Solutions facility. The role centers on assembling windows and doors, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You’ll help maintain material flow, operate basic hand tools, and meet defined production rates to minimize waste and costs. You will engage in problem solving, training peers, and upholding a respectful workplace while supporting cross-training across departments.

Qualifications

• Read a tape measure and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand 8–12 hours.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE; work in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to assemble, lift, pick and pack products.
• Support employee engagement and teamwork initiatives.
• Follow defined clean-up times and safe work practices.
• Work to established rate per customer demand and standardized operations.
• Identify issues and communicate problems; assist with training co-workers.
