You will read tape measures, use power tools, follow safety practices, and maintain quality while meeting production targets. Join a collaborative, safety‑driven team in Lexington, NC.

Qualifications

• Ability to read tape measures and interpret fractions/decimals.
• Ability to read basic word/number cues.
• Operate power tools safely and know PPE requirements.
• Identify hazards and follow safety protocols.
• Understand measurement standards and tolerances.
• Follow Standard Work and reference instructions.
• Know product defects relevant to workstation.
• Maintain quality per CTQ in station.
• Communicate clearly; listen actively; ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and assist in assembly, lifting, packing products.
• Support employee engagement activities and clean-up routines.
• Work safely and adhere to defined rate per customer demand.
• Contribute to improving standard work for quality windows.
• Identify issues and communicate them to leadership.
• Assist with training coworkers and cross-training in departments.
• Maintain respectful workplace and support team.
