Job summary

Rich Products Corporation is seeking a Production Associate I for Shift 2 in Brunswick, GA. The role supports palletizing, mixing, and packaging operations while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced plant environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math/computer skills, and the ability to read safety instructions. Prior food manufacturing experience is a plus and lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• One year of food processing/manufacturing/industrial experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to complete reports and forms.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing equipment and participate in mixing and palletizing processes.
• Ensure product meets quality and GMP standards; monitor weights and temperatures.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; comply with 6s and safety guidelines.
• Assist with shift handoffs and report safety concerns promptly.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot or cold environments.
