Job summary

Rich's, also known as Rich Products Corporation, is seeking a production operator for the Brunswick, GA facility. You will operate batter machines, set up equipment, and ensure correct ingredients and coatings meet quality specs.

You will work with the Team Leader and co-workers, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and maintain production records while following GMP and safety policies. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, with lifting up

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum lifting 20 pounds; up to 65 pounds.
• Punctual and reliable in attendance.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Adheres to safety, GMP, and hygiene requirements.
• Identifies and reports processing problems.
• Maintains productive working relationships with team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment so it runs properly and know parts function.
• Assist maintenance with preventive maintenance and report issues.
• Prepare batter machines with correct batter.
• Ensure correct ingredients are at the line and notify forklift if not.
• Unstack bags of batter or breader and load into machinery.
• Monitor batter machines and fillings; notify leaders of issues.
• Disposal of packaging materials per procedures.
• Document quality and production records.
• Support setup and operation of other processing equipment as needed.
