Job summary

Rich Products Corporation is hiring an Operator for the Brunswick, GA facility. You will operate batter machines, breaders, and conveyors to coat products and meet quality specs.

You will set up equipment, assist maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient production in a team-based environment. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in manufacturing; lifting up to 65 pounds and adherence to GMPs and safety practices are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum lifting requirement is 20 pounds up to 65 pounds; ability to lift and move bags and materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate batter machines, breaders, and conveyors to coat products per specs.
• Set up equipment to ensure correct product run and quality.
• Assist maintenance with preventive maintenance and report issues.
• Prepare required quality and production paperwork.
• Monitor critical control points and maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Support Team Leader and QA Auditor to resolve problems and improve processes.
