Job summary

Ecoplastic America Corporation in Register, GA seeks a motivated entry-level Production Team Member to support assembly operations on the 2nd shift under supervision. You will help maintain safety, quality, and on-time delivery while collaborating with teammates to meet production targets.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to follow SOPs, and a willingness to work weekends or nights as needed; prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is required.
• Read and interpret work orders.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following safety policies.
• Support the Production Supervisor and Leads in daily operations.
• Learn and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure quality.
• Help manage workflow to ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Maintain production tools and equipment.
• Track departmental performance measures and visual controls.
