Rich Products Corporation is seeking an Operator - (WE) Utility Worker for Brunswick, GA. The role supports processing and packaging on the production line, with cross-training to assist various stations and maintain safety and efficiency.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years in manufacturing, and the ability to lift up to 65 pounds. Teamwork, punctuality, and strict GMP adherence are essential for daily success.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years in manufacturing.
• Must be punctual and reliable in attendance.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Follows GMPs and safety practices at all times.
• Keeps work area clean per plant procedures.
• Identifies and communicates processing problems to the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Pack END and operate bagging lines as assigned.
• Break out Bagger Operator and carton Former operator tasks.
• Break out carton sealer operator and Robot operator duties.
• Verify date code after Operators and check bag count every 30 minutes.
• Ensure MLO setup is correct and perform changeovers as needed.
• Follow up on CIL & CL completion and nozzle sizes.
