Rich Products Corporation, a family-owned global food company, is seeking an Operator - (PE) Utility Worker at the Brunswick, GA facility. You will participate in processing and packaging on production lines, support cross-training across multiple operators, and help maintain quality, safety, and productivity goals.

The role emphasizes safe practices, GMP adherence, and teamwork with a Team Leader and co-workers to ensure efficient operations and profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and perform heavy manual tasks.
• Must follow GMPs, safety and quality procedures.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Pack END and operate packaging lines.
• Break out and operate multiple bagging/forming/Sealer stations.
• Assist with shift setup and hand-off; flexible schedule.
• Fill in for senior operators when needed.
• Verify date codes and monitor weights at intervals.
