Marvin is seeking a Production Associate in Hibbing, MN to join a clean, temperature-controlled facility. No prior experience is required as hands-on training is provided, with a focus on assembling products and following detailed instructions to keep lines moving.

Workers have opportunities to cross-train across departments, increasing both variety in tasks and earnings. The role includes daytime and evening shifts with overtime mandated, and a strong benefits package starting on day one.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills are preferred.
• No experience required; hands-on training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring and cutting.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Collaborate with a supervisor to quickly resolve mechanical or material challenges.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety to workday and earnings.
