Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in Minnesota. You will use tools and automated equipment to assemble products, follow visual and written instructions, and work with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a clean, temperature-controlled facility. The position requires flexible shifts with mandatory overtime, paying $18.50 per hour for day shifts and $21.50 per hour for evenings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products - drilling, measuring, cutting and more.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Crosstrainin multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
