Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to help build and assemble premium windows and doors in a clean, temperature-controlled facility in Hibbing, MN. The role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a family-owned company that values safety and teamwork.

Shifts include overtime, with pay rates starting at $18.50 per hour on days and higher on evenings. No prior experience is required, and the company provides resources for English learners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Use tools and automated equipment to assemble products - drilling, measuring, cutting and more.
• Follow visual and written instructions on a computer screen to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Partner with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
