Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Production Associate to join our clean, climate-controlled facility where safety is the top priority. You will be trained in every aspect, operate tools and automated equipment, and move throughout the day to support production lines.

You will read and follow instructions on a computer screen, work with your supervisor to troubleshoot issues, and cross-train in multiple departments for greater variety and earning potential. Overtime is mandatory on all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to read visual and written instructions.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment (drilling, measuring, cutting, sawing).
• Communicate clearly in English to carry out job functions and collaborate with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety and increase earning potential.
