Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to join its climate-controlled, safety‑driven facility. You will be trained in every aspect of your role to set you up for success from day one.

Responsibilities include assembling products with tools and automated equipment, reading instructions, and communicating clearly in English with your team. You will cross-train across departments for broader experience and higher earnings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, this could include drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
