Marvin in Warroad, MN invites you to join as a Production Associate to help assemble products in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. No experience? We provide hands-on training to grow your career while you stay active and moving.

You'll follow visual and written instructions, use tools and automated equipment, and cross-train across departments. Overtime is required on all shifts; starting pay is $18.50 per hour plus opportunities for raises and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Overtime is mandatory on all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment (drilling, measuring, cutting).
• Follow visual and written instructions to gather parts and keep production moving.
• Collaborate with your supervisor to solve mechanical or material challenges quickly.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety and increase earnings.
